Menus
Honest pub cooking from a small kitchen. Fish from the boats on the quay, meat from the farm up the lane, and pies, puddings and bread made here every day.

Every day, 12 to 3pm
Lunch
Sandwiches on our own bread, a ploughman's, soup of the day and the full pub menu. Quick enough for walkers, good enough to linger over.

Monday to Saturday, 6 to 9pm
Evenings
The full menu plus the specials board: whatever landed that morning, a pie of the day and a proper steak. Tables go quickly at weekends, so book ahead.

Sundays, 12 to 5pm
Sunday roast
Rare roast beef, slow-roast pork belly or a vegetarian wellington, with Yorkshire puddings, crisp roast potatoes and gravy by the jug.
